Web Developer - WordPress / PHP at StockTwits in San Diego, CA
StockTwits is looking for a PHP developer that is very familar with WordPress. We are looking for someone with WordPress knowledge and development skills to help create, manage and support plugins and blogs. We want someone with a great attention to detail and communication skills. You should have the ability to identify what needs to be done and do it with little direction. Also you will need to have no problem with multi-tasking and writing clean well structured code. If you are confident enough in your code and skills to have millions of people using sites you are working on then we would like to talk to you.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years experience building with WordPress (plugins, themes, etc.)
- 3+ years experience with PHP and object oriented programming
- Front end chops: HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript (design skills a bonus)
- Proficiency with source control systems (we use Git)
